I had an amazing first visit at Braided New York and I can confidently say this is one of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had. The space was clean, professional, and so warm and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of. My braider, Kade, was prompt, gentle, and incredibly skilled. My first time experience was excellent. My second time which was last week was disappointing. $380 for braids that are not as neat and precise as I would have liked is wild. I will not be going back. No customer service nothing. What’s the sense of having snacks for your customers and ask? Overall very displeased and my experience left me feeling like it’s overrated after my hair was done by an amateur stylist.
