The stylist was quick, the wrapper created white cast where she was flying through my hair . When I pointed this out, they were saying they let her know and she would fix but that didn’t happen. Also, the hair was tangled and frizzy after 1 wk—if human, it’s the worst I’ve ever experienced. I texted the owner with a pic and was told high maintenance style (Bora boho) and use leave in conditioner-which I have with short term effect. Unprofessional. Canceled my appointment that was scheduled for 10:00am at 9:30 after confirming my appointment that morning. Walked in just to see, there were 4 braider doing hair with no available chair. They overbooked. UNPROFESSIONAL AND GREEDY. Go to Elegant Hair braiders they’re in the same building, and prices are $80 cheaper for 100% human hair. Edit**** I didn’t have an appointment? Very bad experience short knottless used Synthetic blend instead of 💯 human hair style lasted less than 1 week frizzy tangled dry and brittle after getting wet charged to fix it the stylist Cut a Huge Chunk of my natural hair….😡 only thing I received was an apology and $40 off my next hair….. I will Never go here nor recommend Very unprofessional stylist took a long break while braiding my hair she was gone so long I had to ask if she was coming back
