What can I say….. Isha is amazing she is respectful, kind, funny will work on your time I’ve been going to her now for 5 years and I am very thankful for her.
I called to verify availability for my daughter & I, I was told that 6 was open. Shortly after I received 4 more calls requesting I come in earlier. I attempted to convenience them by coming in 4 hours earlier, let her know that I was on my way. 5 minutes away from the place & she calls saying she left & will be back in 30 minutes, after almost an hour passed I called & she said she doesn’t know how long she will be. I requested to be accommodated in some way for waiting patiently, but she refused.
Wonderful experience each and every time I go to Isha. Great environment with a professional team. Love this braiding shop down! Most importantly the owner is kind polite and knowledgeable with her business. Touched by Isha will always be my first choice!
This is my third time coming here today and again, the service and quality is top tier!! Communication is excellent, they are always ready to work with you to achieve your desired look, and I trust that anyone who touches my hair, will do an amazing job! This salon is my go- to braiding salon. I also love that the salon opens early, even on the weekends, which adds flexibility for the customers. Thank you so much!!
I’ve been getting my hair braided by Touched By Isha for a while now, and every single experience has been nothing short of amazing. She’s always on time, even for my very early morning appointments, which is something I truly appreciate. Her professionalism shows in every detail.
