First and foremost this establishment is unprofessional and they move with no urgency. When you walk in there's no acknowledgement, just a 'write your name down, my daughter and I went in at 11:30 no one spoke, and we didn't see anyone until 2:43.. Finally the lady who had on a manager shirt, asked what my daughter was getting and asked an older team member to do her wash. I called in advance asked questions was even given a price. I get there now they not taking walk-ins. Thats something you state over the phone before I wasted gas and time. Will not be returning
Nay was very very good my hair was excellent.
I had such a great experience with Bri yesterday! Her energy and meticulous approach to hair were so refreshing. I also loved the atmosphere in the shop. During a time when many stylists now work in private suites, it was so nice to be able to chat with other clients and stylists. You can truly tell that everyone values and supports one another—it’s a genuine team environment. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment!
