I would advise anyone considering Brahm Builders to be very careful. I contracted with Martin Brahm to do some work on my home that I rented while I was out of the country. Due to the fact that I would be out of the country when he "completed the work, I paid him the full amount of the work before he had done anything to the house. It was not until my tenants moved out that I noticed several things that I had paid to have done were simply not done.
