I would advise anyone considering Brahm Builders to be very careful. I contracted with Martin Brahm to do some work on my home that I rented while I was out of the country. Due to the fact that I would be out of the country when he "completed the work, I paid him the full amount of the work before he had done anything to the house. It was not until my tenants moved out that I noticed several things that I had paid to have done were simply not done. Beware of Brahm Builders. I was quoted a job, accepted, and provided the down payment to begin the work. Soon after, Martin Brahm informed me that the job couldn’t be completed as quoted. He re-quoted at a much higher price. I declined. For the past several weeks I have attempted to contact him to get a refund but have been ignored. Also, the listed company address is only a postal center.
