I’m not sure if it’s too early to write a review, but I’m very pleased with their service! As a full-time worker and college student, I felt secure and comfortable leaving my car with them. My car is running so much better now, and they completed everything in just a couple of hours! Before working on anything, they called me to discuss the repairs and provided the price upfront. Great service! Honest, timely, and fair priced. I wish every mechanic experience was like going to Brahler. This is my only stop for automotive needs from now on.
Had my shocks replaced by Vance Dhooges one day prior to visiting Brahler for the first time. While replacing the front struts he had to detach thr outer tie rod on the driver and passenger front and reattach and tighten to specifications. Brahler called me the very next day and said that the outer tie rods had to be heated and should probably be replaced because they were froze on there. Are you kidding me? They were just loosened the day before. They knew they had to be loosened because they saw I had new struts and shocks... read more
Great bunch of guys. Very helpful. Very friendly. Quick and excellent service. Went out of their way to help when we broke down on vacation. Above and beyond. They also know the best places to eat. Thank you guys!
