Last minute thermostat fix on short notice, found a bigger issue with the housing as well that helped us in the long run since it would have just kept eating thermostats had they not found the crack in it. They understood the pressure, and stress of this happening on the way back from a trip going in for more doctor's appointments 3 hours away in Chicago a day later, but they made it happen!
