I had to replace my 22yrs old furnace and AC. I contacted several companies, and did my own research. One company gave me a quote, too general and too expensive. I had a great experience with Sergei. My air conditioner was the original and had not been cooling well for a while. The 90+ degree temperatures we are having right now pushed it over the edge! Sergei came out, gave me a quote and 3 days later I have a new unit! I am very happy with the service and will be using them going forward with any HVAC needs.
I highly recommend Bragin to anyone in the market for a new AC/Furnace. Sergei was extremely responsive and gave me a ton of options before I settled on 2 Lenox ACs and 2 Lenox Furmaces to replace a 28 year old system. His price was far better than the “established” HVAC company in town and unlike them he didn’t try and upsell me. Great value and fantastic service. 5 stars.
