Keith is an honest and fair auto repair person - an exception to the rule. He fixes what needs fixing - identifies future possible issues - and is ALWAYS helpful when you drive by and have a quirk in your auto's performance. He is by far the best mechanic I have ever had work on my cars.
There is barely enough space to accommodate incoming autos and definitely little or no space inside for waiting customers. However Keith is good at repairing BMWs and Mercedes Benzs.
Great place to get BMW serviced
Talk about excellence and right in the neighborhood! I had 3 separate bulbs that were out on my X3, everything got situated in 15 minutes and I was on my way to work. Will be back for sure! Shoutout to Eric!
After my car was sitting at Critz Mercedes for over a month for a collapsed suspension, I towed my c300 to Braggs and they got me in & out in 2 hours (same day) ! The owner is down to earth, very kind and welcoming . It’s not everyday you get to meet a Mercedes mechanic that genuinely wants to help people . These guys were such a blessing . Thank you
