After my car was sitting at Critz Mercedes for over a month for a collapsed suspension, I towed my c300 to Braggs and they got me in & out in 2 hours (same day) ! The owner is down to earth, very kind and welcoming . It’s not everyday you get to meet a Mercedes mechanic that genuinely wants to help people . These guys were such a blessing . Thank you

I love this guy! Knowledgeable and HONEST!!
They seem pretty knowledgeable here and helpful, got me in and out very quickly, for which I’m grateful. But $217 for a oil change seems a bit steep to me, maybe that’s just me. I should’ve asked for the amount first
