If I could leave zero stars, I would. They had our mower for over a month, stating that they couldn't figure out what part it needed since "the sticker was worn off." My husband finally decided to just pick it up today since they were making no effort to actually fix the mower. Within 15 minutes of unloading it, he found a sticker with the model number (that they claimed they couldn't figure out) and my husband found the part on Amazon for $12. Owner was very pleasant. Had exactly what I needed. Price was great. Move to Statesboro 5 months ago. I need anything pertaining to small engine work or repair or parts. I now know where to go. Highly recommend them
Outstanding experience
Took my Craftsman weedwhacker to a shop down the road first but was told they do not work on Craftsman brand. Went to Bragg's shop and very friendly and welcoming people. Within a day they called with quote and had to order a part. Less than a week later they called to pick up unit and the cost was under the quoted price. Fast service with friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Highly recommend this repair shop.
I prefer Bragg motor service for parts and knowledge there their mechanic is full of knowledge and knows what he's doing I appreciate it that advice
