Follow-up - He has not responded to the Tampa Bar Association, and it has been six months since then. He had 69 to 90 days to address this issue, yet he removed his name as my divorce lawyer from the court and still has my money. Wow! If you have had an issue with him, please report him to the Bar Association. Adam Bragg did zero work for me and refuses to return my $3,000. Because of this, I am unable to help my daughter with her serious mental health issues or enjoy purchasing a Thanksgiving dinner. This is unethical.
Can’t recommend Bragg Law Firm enough! Adam was accommodating and explained everything in advance and walked me through a process that could have so many pitfalls and he got to the end with the best possible outcome that I didn’t even know was possible.
