I had my wedding in September and have not received pictures still. She will not reply to my emails, phone calls, messages on social media.
It's extremely unfortunate that in the end I can only truly give her 2 stars. She does gorgeous work and was very helpful and accommodating at the wedding, but it took months to get our photos back even after multiple unanswered emails, and even then she only gave us half and has not responded to further attempts to communicate. No explanation given. Also didn't get the flash drive that is in the contract. I can't honestly recommend her after this.
Paid her over $2000, then she disappeared on all her clients.
I have paid Jessica in full and she won’t give me my wedding pictures or respond to any emails, texts, or calls! She has stolen from me and now I must pay more money to take legal action!
