Be ware if you are a residential customer.. This service makes promises they don’t deliver. Their commercial customer takes priority and they never have a live person that answers the phone. How can you have a snow storm and not take care of residential customers? I get it.. we are not your money makers but to come at 4 a.m and then not come the entire day, terrible!!!!. Oh I am sure they will charge for the 4a.m sweep through of the end of the driveway and make yet another excuse as to why they haven’t come for over 16 hrs.... read more
Great company does very thorough work
The company did a good job mowing our lawn for a while, but it was very difficult to communicate with them and change our services. Tried multiple times over email and phone, but wasn't able to hear back from anyone (and kept receiving invoices).
