On a scale of 1 to 5 I would give Alex. Always cheerful and smiling, he was patient and knowledgeable. While resolving one problem, he encountered a second defective part on our gas furnace. Like a TV detective he patiently worked on it until he found the problem part. I was extremely impressed with Alex and would recommend Braga Brothers on the quality of their service technicians.
