Worse HOA ever. 2 years and they have done nothing positive in community. The President Dave was a joke, never got anything accomplished, and resigned because of his lack of doing duty. Fire the Whole board, and the lazy lady in office. When you can not make it to your job 2 days a week that's sad! And Office hours are incorrect. The do nothing Board changed hours in breach of contract that states office is open 5 days a week, to 2 part days a week and a office person that is always late to open or does not show up. New management company is doing fair, there is much room for improvement but they are getting their. Less micromanagement more real decisions would help. Office staff is Great very friendly and helpful.
