Very disappointed and disheartened by this Vet clinic. We have been taking our dog here for years to manage her diagnosis of epilepsy, with wonderful care, wonderful staff we have had no troubles with care until now. When asking to refill her two medications that keep her seizure free, a “wonderful” new technician imposes that we need to preform bloodwork that ranges 200-300$, that we have done multiple times in the past, unfortunately we cannot afford at this time. DO NOT COME TO THIS VET!! They new staff they’ve hired are more concerned about their own egos then the health and safety of your pet. I was using this vet for over a year And Dr. Zhao was amazing. Since they hired more staff it has gone completely downhill. They are refusing to give me anti seizure medication for my dog who has epilepsy. They argued me over the phone and hung up multiple times. First time at this Vet Clic I was really impressed with Dr. Zhou, he was friendly and knew what he was doing and was quick to treat my 10 year old Lab for Anaphylactic Shock and clearly explained the after treatment to me until I fully understood. I will definatly be back
Wonderful! Dr. Zhou and Mikayla (sorry if I spelled that wrong ;) were amazing. They took their time with Roxy and I and made us feel important and comfortable. Roxy had a stressful time at the hospital...that is how it goes...no fault of theirs. But coming to a clinic where you feel heard and your dog feels comfortable and cared for by people who are genuinely good people and care is rare nowadays. I just want to thank you both for everything that you do. And Roxy gives you two paws UP!!
