Front desk is helpful and kind. The problem is with the doctor Doula, he’s very rude, tries to push his own opinion. If you go very often, he tries to shame you that you’re visiting doctor for no reason. I find this behaviour very unprofessional. Otherwise, the clinic is fine. It is always clean.
I was looking for a walk-in clinic. And I was coming across this one and started reading the reviews. I see a lot of complaints about the front desk, and the clinics replies were just excuses on excuses. They weren’t apologizing for their experience, and no real attempt to fix this problem. The front desk is the first impression you get when you walk into a business. Especially for a doctor’s office when people are sick. I really like Dr. Doulla. He's great. I've been going here for 7 years now and he's always been awesome.
Dr Doulla is exceptionally intelligent and am lucky to have him as a family doctor, His staff work hard to get everyone in as fast and efficiently as possible The clinic can get busy from time to time But what clinic doesn’t Keep up the great work
Rude front desk staff! Doctor prescribed two separate antibiotics for 14 days for an infection which they could not provide a proper diagnosis , post blood work. Doctor does not follow up with patients post antibiotics or results, they are very negligent. Front desk will suggest that you go to the ER as she feels overwhelmed from the lack of communication with their Doctors. Unacceptable patient management.
