I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Joshua Brochu. I came in with a knee injury and was in severe pain. I was having significant difficulty walking, was visibly upset, and was struggling to move because of how much pain I was in. When Dr. Brochu asked me to get onto the examination table, I was groaning in pain and asked if I could remain seated in the chair instead because moving my leg was extremely painful. just spent a $25 uber to sit in a waiting room for 35 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start, because i was told the doctor wasn’t in yet…so why are you scheduling appointments? After 35 minutes i was brought into a room where i asked how much longer it would be to see the doctor as i have other appointments and i was told it wouldn’t be for at least another 15 minutes. Have been coming to this clinic for a few years now. Great staff, very clean, professional! Thank you for continuing to do great work.
Our go-to walk-in clinc in the area. Been seen by Dr. Doulla a few times now. He is efficient and patient. He is knowledgeable in the medical field and is pretty quick in diagnosing the condition while prescribing the right medications. Highly recommend!
