I don't write reviews often, but I feel it's time to write one about Braeside on 24th after a number of years being a patient there. I truly cannot say enough good things about the staff there. The front desk has always been kind and efficient with me, something I greatly appreciate, and I have never had an issue with them. Dr. Doulla has been my family physician for a couple of years now and he has truly been the best physician I've ever seen. Very rude receptionists
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Joshua Brochu. I came in with a knee injury and was in severe pain. I was having significant difficulty walking, was visibly upset, and was struggling to move because of how much pain I was in. When Dr. Brochu asked me to get onto the examination table, I was groaning in pain and asked if I could remain seated in the chair instead because moving my leg was extremely painful. just spent a $25 uber to sit in a waiting room for 35 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start, because i was told the doctor wasn’t in yet…so why are you scheduling appointments? After 35 minutes i was brought into a room where i asked how much longer it would be to see the doctor as i have other appointments and i was told it wouldn’t be for at least another 15 minutes.
