Renters beware: It is my understanding Braeside has a chronic water problem. Tenants on lower floors live with routine problems, resulting in unhealthy living conditions. As upper level units become available, current tenants are denied the option to move into better units. They recently violated the CARES Act and served a notice of non renewal to a long term loyal tenant and his family. They were complaining about the water issue regularly and ignored.
