Very disappointed with the approach of the receptionist. I need to reveal the medical reason to the receptionist infront of other people to get an appointment for my daughter
genuinely the most awful gp with horrible horrible receptionists that couldn’t care less about helping you. they make it impossible to get an appointment and when you book one for over the phone they don’t bother ringing you because they’re busy. i’ve been waiting for results for over a month now and i’m still having them withheld from me bc they keep not calling me and moving the appointment. receptionists are also so unbelievably rude and nosy
Worst experience i've had with a surgery. So difficult to get appointments and even when you can, they refuse to change them from a face to face even when you explain you have work commitments and physically cannot come to the practice otherwise i'd leave my own GP surgery I work in with no staff. Everytime i've had an issue I get given no reasons for anything just we're not doing it end of. Gave them the benefit of the doubt after the Practice Manager apologised profusely last time but they just continue difficult. I'd advi... read more
