Braedyn was so helpful. As first time homebuyers we were mostly unfamiliar with the process, but Braedyn went over everything we needed to know to make the experience of searching for and buying our first home not only something we felt confident and knowledgeable about, but also so much fun! He is truly a dream to work with. Very attentive. And has the most infectious laugh this side of the Mississippi. I can't recommend him enough!

Braedyn was fantastic to work with! I was living out of state, unable to tour potential rentals, and needed to find a place to live within less than a month. As someone new to the city, Braedyn eased every worry I had and made the process so easy. He FaceTimed me during each tour and was constantly sending me new listings that met all my criteria. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for some help with finding a great place to rent!

Braedyn is the most professional, outgoing, and skilled broker I have ever been referred to!
