The service was awesome! I use to go to the Bradzoil on Landa and this one was right by my work @ HEB...so convenient! It was easy and quick service.
So if anyone needs an oil change do not come to this place as i was charged $140 to do any oil changed yes I was charged a air filter but its funny they charge for bascially everything (napkins,oil disposal,labor,and a upgrade i wasnt aware about until i saw my bill ummm you are running an oil change business why charge for labor when walmart has never I will never come here again as i was charge for some type of upgrade when i was never asked or told until i saw my bill again like i said. Ripped off my splash guard during my oil change; literally heard them tearing it off. Then I heard them using the pneumatic tools to take the rest off. Didn't think anything of it. They replaced my oil and I heard them 'reinstalling' my splashguard. I drove away and heard rustling underneath about 5 streets over, got home and inspected it; they broke clean through the plastic on my splashguard when they ripped it off. I've been coming here for a few years now and I love them. Everyone is so nice knowledgeable and I've never had a negative experience. Today I got my oil changed after fixing a leak. I had a lot of oil on the undercarriage from the leak and they were so kind as to clean it all off for me and check that the repair was good. I will continue coming back here as the quality of service is beyond exceptional.
