Dropped off a saw to be fixed, was charged, told it was fixed, got the saw back home... it had the exact same issue yet the bill said it was tested and worked... ya maybe worked for 3 seconds. They were worried about getting stuck with the bill and sent out a non working saw to make sure they got paid. DO NOT USE.
The counter man Tom, apparently the owners little boy, is unprofessional, obnoxious and rude. While they carry quality brands and the workers in service seem to do a good job, I will not give my money to them because of Tom.
Friendly sales department when I bought my Stihl chainsaw. The service department even started and ran the saw. They explained how to start and run the saw. No department store will do that for you.
