I am disappointed in Brady's Dairy Queen. I had the DQ APP and used it often collecting the Red Spoons for a discount after collecting 5. Unfortunately it happened 3 times that after uploading the receipt, no red spoon given. First 2 times I reported it and my red spoon was given to me in the app. This last time, it was not given and even after re sending the receipt and sending the receipt in the email, they have decided to disregard answering my emails.
