I was hoping to give Brady’s a good review, but they failed miserably! I actually had great service from the front desk & follow up, but Mark (owner) was sub par! Our car was there 2 weeks & I had to call him for follow up re: pricing, etc! I would never allow them to do any major work on our vehicle. Mark, i am not being unrealistic. And, finally, the first thing I was taught in sales is to follow up!

When I first moved here I asked if I needed snow tires. They asked me how much I drove. I told them I was retired and only drove to the store back. So they said no, you don't need snow tires. They could have sold me so tires and I would have bought them. But they were honest with me. Every issue I've had that they've dealt with without any problems. They're friendly. They are courteous and always willing to help. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Always a good experience, Bill,Ed and everybody there are very helpful and treat customers with the utmost respect. They are also very competent mechanics.
