poor communication We arranged for the reassembly of a pool table at the Pocatello location. We were told would take approx 2 hors to assemble. The service was completed i 1 1/2 hour. Here comes the issue, they charged us for 3. Wewere never told they were going to charge us for the mileage for the assembler to come from idaho Falls. Completly unethical.

taken advantage of. We were referred to Brady's by a family member to have our spa repaired. We were on a limited time because we needed it fixed in order to have a hot tub party and we made the mistake of telling them that, we took our motor in to have it looked at and they waited until the last minute to tell us we needed a new motor, they told us they could get us the motor that we needed and quoted a price..it sounded high but this was our first spa (they new that) so we went with it since we had been referred there. Horrible Customer Service The customer service at Brady's is TERRIBLE. They have an open policy that if you have not purchased the hot tub from their store, they will NOT service it. If you call for repair work, the first thing they will ask you "Did you purchase the hot tub from us?" If the answer is "No" they refuse to help. Brady's is the CERTIFIED repair shop in SE Idaho for Cal Spa hot tubs. This means that they are contracted to do ALL repair work for Cal Spa hot tubs. However, this means nothing to Brady's.
