We had a fantastic night time tour with guide Jason! Adam was a pleasure to deal with to set up our tour as well- he was easy to reach and answered all my questions so we felt super prepared. We toured with my 12 year old and 10 year old and the kids had a great time and loved touching and holding the glowing comb jellies. My ten year old reported that the tour was "so peaceful" and my twelve year old asked if we can go back in the summertime for the glowing plankton season. Poor communication regarding refunds. They cancelled the session because of the weather but have since gone silent. I’ve reached out multiple times with no luck. Quick to take your money, but slow to give it back when they can't provide the service. I'm waiting for my refund for more than a month. !!!
