I bought my hot tub 6yrs ago, didn’t know a thing about them. Brady very helpful getting me started, with written instruction as well as onsite direction. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly and I continue to receive ongoing support and advice when I bring water samples in to be tested. Never had any issues with hot tub, until 2weeks ago during the polar vortex -28C. suddenly not working! Hot tub breaker kept shutting off. Have been with Bradys for quite a few years. They are honest hard working people.They do an excellent job looking after us. They put in my pool liner and replaced my pump and filter.I always have them open and close my pool and they do an excellent job always.I highly recommend them as your pool hot.tub experts
