Terrible service and response when you really need them. Products often break and need to replace repeatedly. Opening closing prices too high.
For the past 5-years, Brady and Staff are my Family's solution to hottub and pool care, and troubleshooting.
Brady's is always there when I need them. My older spa has required both pumps and now the spa pack replaced over the past couple years. Even though I purchased the spa used from another source, Brady has helped me get the correct parts within a couple days and was just a phone call away when installing the new spa pack. This level of service has kept the spa downtime to a minimum. Thanks Brady's!
