I called in the evening and left a message when I discovered some minor flooding in my basement coming up from an underground tank containing a toilet grinder pump that was continuously running. Scott returned my call within 20 minutes. He worked me in the next morning as an emergency and replaced the old failed pump with a brand new one within a couple of hours. Scott was great, responsive, knowledgeable and very helpful! I have already recommended him to my friends and neighbors.

After calling 2 other plumbing services, I was THANKFULLY referred to Brady Plumbing. Scott came quickly to repair a burst pipe in my basement and found another problem that he fixed on the spot. He gave me a complete walk through of the work he completed which many repair services don't do these days. The area was fully cleaned up when he was done as well. I will be using Brady's Plumbing from now on.

Scott replaced a toilet that he claimed needing replacement He charged me 1000.00 and 1 year warranty and 3 x electric snake had to come out as Scott had no idea what he was doing. When I called him to fix the toilet he always had an excuse to why he could not get it fixed. He was rude and KNOW ONE SHOULD USE HIM.
