Five stars Heidi Brown and Brady Marcs. Heidi's decisive advice on bid strategy was instrumental in helping secure my new home. I felt completely at ease from start to finish with Heidi at the helm steering the process.
Unfortunately we had a different experience with the agency, specifically Heidi. Spoke to Heidi about a property (self sourced) we really liked but had only started looking so were very uncertain hence reached out to her to get a 3rd party opinion of someone I had interacted with a few years back, she advised that there is better value she could get, so we let it go (stupid in hindsight given there is a clear conflict of interest, my bad).
