Northpointe was great! We were transferred from another lending company that could not figure things out for about a month. As soon as we got to Northpointe the process was 10x smoother . Way more transparent and they figured everything out and closed in about 2 weeks. super happy with how things were handled definitely would use them again. Brady, Jeff, and Mandie were all super transparent and worked the the file super fast.
