I want to say this is the best quality house I have ever seen. They set me up with a home after the legacy home company called set me up with a house the wouldn't pass inspection. They have been kind and understanding. They was able to get me a modular for a better price than anyone else. I love this company. If your in the need of a great quality home then don't waste your time with Heritage. This company is in my opinion the best. I could have saved thousands if I would have went here first.
Ricky did everything he could to get us in the home we wanted and that part of the experience was great. As far as the homes quality well that’s another story. Home was basically threw together. We have made list on paper as well as emailed list and still have issues with our brand new home! Do better guys these homes aren’t cheap!
