they raise the rent by double the rate of inflation and they don’t put any of that money back into the park. the roads will kill (not beat up, kill) your car very quickly. the road is just chunks of concrete at this point and the water is brown, not clean enough to shower in let alone cook with. please do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs!!
Don't do anything with the trailer court roads or other landscaping or the dead trees. Other than that not bad place
