My experience was excellent. The staff was had what I consider to be a wonderful demeanor, and the same applies to Dr. Fleshman. He explained everything I needed to know, wanted to know, and got on with the process of sticking a needle into my shoulder joint, injecting two substances and removing it with minimal discomfort. It is too early to be sure, but as of this moment, my shoulder feels better than it has in 6 months. Dr. Fleshman is knowledgeable, personable and a fine tribute to his profession.
Hands down worst experience that I have had in healthcare in my life. It was a consistent argument with Dr. Fleshman to fight to get the care I needed. I ended up having some fairly serious issues and I'm glad I went to other options at Boone Health. The Dr's there have been fantastic and it's like night and day. Dr. Freshman confirmed I had a frozen shoulder. He immediately started the treatment, the injections were almost painless. I was very impressed and pleased with the friendliness and efficiency of all the staff. Dr. F. answered all my questions, explained things well. I left with detailed instructions to make sure I exercised per his guidelines.
Great to talk to, diagnosed me and treated me successfully in the same day, great experience!
