Update, we are in our fifth year of living in our home Brady Colt built for us. We were pleased from the first meeting with Brady. He was upfront and honest about everything, there were no surprises. From start to finish, it was an amazing experience. This house was the fourth home we have built. We do not plan on building again but if we did, Brady would be the only choice. Definitely a five star builder.
Brady is a builders' builder. He built our home during the global pandemic when prices were sky rocketing and supplies were limited, but we never felt those impacts as a customer. He provides world class support during and post build. He has experienced project managers assigned to each home (We love Houston!), providing a single point of contact through completion. We just hired him again to build our casita!
