I've had a great professional relationship with Brady Industries for the past several years. I just had another delivery brought to my office this morning - their driver Adonis is very kind and professional! I highly recommend them!

As of 2/21/2025 Recieving hours 07:00-12:00 posted on door at the East side of the building. Had 07:00 appointment and despite other trucks, they started working on me in only 30 minutes. Very satisfied with the efficiency compared to old reviews. Appreciate it! Truck entrance is black gate off of S 5700 W.

We've had a really poor experience with Brady Industries. Our business was charged for thousands of dollars of another businesses supplies. After dozens of emails, phone calls, promises from customer service and a full year later, those funds have never been returned.

Service has gone down with every business they buy (basically quarterly). Website is the most awful out of date thing out there. They switch products on us all the time (same product ID but they'll send different items). Warehouse does not communicate with the website. They send us the wrong thing almost monthly. Website does not have accurate photos of items (or any photos at all). They stopped making brady chemicals with no advance notice to switch and we are still coping.
