I have lived in 3 Bradway apartments over 4 years. The Bradway family and their work crews have always treated me very well. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly. I have moved between a few different properties and never had issues related to deposits. Reviewers complaining about unreturned deposits more than likely left properties in a state that justified a deposit not being returned. Derek keeps his word and is up front about expectations. Houghton For Rent has been so wonderful to rent from. Every time something broke it was fixed promptly. The workers are respectful. Communication is answered quickly. Good people offering good service.
Derek has always been somewhat nice to me, but his apartments are in terrible shape. Stayed in them for many years and a lot of things are falling apart. Put in multiple work orders to be told nothing they could do. They are supposed to be responsible for plowing and shoveling but that never gets done, only happened when I called multiple times about it. The rent is insanely overpriced.
