I thought the new payment system would make it easier for refunds when wrong parts get supplied. They are really good at not processing refunds.

A quick phone call for our order. The parts are there ready to go for pick up. After a quick chat, out the door. Easy! Great service and team. One of our go-to for our Mechanical workshop.
Ordered some touch up paint and didn’t hear anything for 6 weeks. Reached out twice via email with no reply. Called up and was told they can’t supply the touch up paint. What would have happened if I never called? Have asked for a refund and they told me it would take an extra month to receive it. I wanted to support a local business rather than buying the paint online. What a shame.
