Great place, the guys at the counter are down to earth easy going and will help u in anyway, I go there and buy all my power equipment for my business needs.
My snowblower has been in the shop for over a month for a tuneup and repair. Today I got the excuse, for the second time, that they had a lot of mowers being repaired; it’s November 5th. Then they couldn’t find my number in the system, then, surprise it’s being worked on right now! But they have no idea when it will be finished. So condescending.
Mike and Sam and the repair team are awesome. Everytime I break something, they have my back and in a hurry. I've known these guys for a long time. Their reputation is important to them. I will continue to buy my stuff from them and bring it back after I break it. Thanks fellas.
I was treated like I'm an idiot today when I asked about returning an item I recently bought there. I was informed that because it "was electrical" it couldn't be returned. When was I warned of that? Why does my receipt say it.can be returned in the original package? Wasn't my fault the item I bought it for didn't work more than one use even with a new battery? I would have been okay with the "non-returnable" part of the answer if it wasn't delivered with absolute distance for the fact that I was a new customer. Never going ... read more
