I want to say "thank you" to Les Bradshaw for helping with us with our refrigerator that went out while we were on vacation. He was recommended by SamSung repair service after they could not solve our problem. Mr. Les Bradshaw was there on Thursday after I called late Tuesday evening. Les worked till he got the problem solved. nice quality work!!! very polite and clean!!! He listen to me explain that I had another situation with the refrigerator and he fixed that as well. Great Job and very very satisfied!!

this company refused warranty service work thru Samsung after they found out I lived 50 mins away. they were all about it initially when they found out I was paying for it the second warranty was involved. they cancelled on me now im stuck by Samsung paying out of pocket for this item because this company refused to work. they are a scam don't use them feel free to google their name im not the first and surely am not the last

This customer was never serviced by our company. They are too far away and out of our normal service area. We only had contact with them one time informing them that they need a closer service company.
SO I BASICALLY PAID THIS COMPANY $90 TO COME TO MY HOUSE AND VERIFY THE ISSUES THAT WERE GOING ON WITH MY TV...THEY DIDN'T REPLACE ANYTHING..DIDN'T DO ANY TEST ON IT...THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE FOR NO MORE THAN 20 MIN. AND DIDN'T DO A D*** THING BUT TRY TO SCAM ME OUT OF MORE MONEY..BY TELLING ME "THERE'S MORE ISSUES WITH MY TV" HOW WOULD YOU KNOW? YOU DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT THE TV...HOW THIS PLACE HAS AN A+ RATING IS BEYOND ME UNLESS IT'S SCAMMING INDIVIDUALS OUT OF MONEY!

Mr. Batton was not home at the time of service. He was provided an estimate by phone for an out of warranty repair on his Samsung television. The television was diagnosed by symptoms and fault codes displayed. The repair estimate for a shorted scan PCB was refused. He was at that time offered an in shop exact repair cost, for a possibly less expensive repair, for no additional cost, which was also refused. Mr. Batton was only charged the minimum service charge which he agreed upon prior to service while scheduling.
