The location is great if you need/want to be near the freeway. It makes for an easy commute. However, the management does not ensure that homeowners/tenants are keeping their spaces neat and clean - there are some very conscientious folks who live here and keep their spaces nice; however, there are more who are allowed to not keep things up. I have lived in the park for about 3 years. Contrary to one of the postings this is a great place to live. There are a few undesirables that would be great to see leave the park, but overall most of the people are friendly and someone you can call a friend. The management is wonderful and takes the necessary action needed to fix the problem. If people have a problem with the management it is because they don't pay their rent on time or are causing problems within the park. The location is great with many fast food establishm... read more
