The location is great if you need/want to be near the freeway. It makes for an easy commute. However, the management does not ensure that homeowners/tenants are keeping their spaces neat and clean - there are some very conscientious folks who live here and keep their spaces nice; however, there are more who are allowed to not keep things up.
