I've been trying to call. I've dialed at least 7 different numbers and get the same recording but can't connect to anyone. Dial o for operator and I get the same recording. Please call me 4027215689. Needed to let someone know about Bialetti Aeternum 10 1/4" nonstick saute pan. Just bought it. Just used it for the first time on a glass top stove. I was only making pancakes. The burner was not extremely hot. The pancakes did not get too brown. I let the burner warm up sufficiently before using. However, when I removed the pan from the stove, the "hi-temp silicone exterior" was left on the burner. It was easy to wipe off.
