My experience with good cook brand and thier customer's service
You dont find companies like this anymore. When I reached out due to a product breaking I was expecting to be treated like a number. That was far from it!!! Ken was very professional and helpful and personalized my issue. Finding good customer relations doesn't hardly exist in America today. I will stay a customer just because of Ken. Thank you Ken!!!
I have a Casabella Infuse mop, and tye trigger broke. They don't make replacement parts for this mop, so Ken sent me a full replacement. He was very hopeful and kind on the phone. Thanks again Ken!
