In short - terrible customer service. First time, potential customer. Tried because of positive reviews, however my experience was not positive at all. Repeatedly had to follow up with this business over the course of a week and there was always an excuse for not contacting me back. Used them a few times on my chevys. Very knowledgeable and explained known issue my vehicle could have and what they recommend. Highly recommend them. They squeezed me in even know were busy.
