Unreliable. Brad's Transmission replied fake review . it is true that I am not a customer but I tried to be a customer I Phone ask for a Quote and Brad ask for my V.I.N. number which I gave him I waited for about 3 days and called him back and he said that he would get back to me which he never did. I sent my V.I.N. on September 29th and today is October 20th.
Great guy honest mechanics. Figured out the problem saved me a whole bunch of money. Thank you.
