I met Brad for the first time when I took my push mower in for repairs. The lawn mower would not start for me after several days and tries. When Brad took it out of my van, he was asking questions about the lawn mower. He then pulled the crank line and it started right up. He repeated the same action and the lawn mower started each time. Usually when you take in a small engine no matter the outcome they will charge a service fee, not Brad. He said no charge. Brad is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dropped off my lawn mower around Christmas and picked it up in the middle of February and it hadn’t been looked at.
Brought my new ariens to Brad's to work on. They did a great job. Great service and customer service. Highly recommend.
