Brads pallet service has Horrible customer service and he is very over priced for his dark and rough looking #2pallets I got way better standard #2 pallets in a better with brand new #1 pallets mixed in for way better price from my old pallet supplier and Sam’s recycling is loyal and honest with their customers and upfront with you
Terrible customer service. I met with their rep at our 4 acre business in SODO Seattle. He looked over our large pallet stock, and we agreed on a day the following week for him to come pick up and haul multiple loads of pallets for an agreed upon price. He was a no show, and will not answer any phone calls, or return any message left. Take my advice, and AVOID THESE CLOWNS
