Everyone at Brad's is friendly, competent, thorough and well versed in their business. I highly recommend them to anyone needing auto maintenance or advice. Laurie and Matt are great!! They got me in and out in a timely manner for my routine maintenance.
The SLIP light had come on my dash and I freaked out because it felt like my tires were hydroplaning. So I brought my car in and explained that to Matt. He and his mechanic drove my car and checked it out completely but couldn't find anything. Matt waived the service fee which he definitely didn't have to do because they spent time on my car. I appreciate the work and personal attention I receive when I bring my car in to Brad's!
