Took our area rugs to Brad’s and they came back looking brand new! Reasonable rates, simple drop off/pick up process, and friendly staff. Definitely will use them again!!
We are smokers and wanted our walls, windows and ceilings clean. The crew that came out went above and beyond what we asked for. The office staff was extremely pleasant to talk to as far as scheduling the estimate and the service. I wasn't home, but my husband said Brad and the crew that came to do the work were very professional and pleasant to work with. HIGHLY recommend.
On one of the days when the temperature was below zero and the roads were covered with snow Brad's Carpet cleaning crew showed up on time to clean my carpet. The 2 technicians, I believe their names were Kenny and Curtis, started to work immediately. They were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable of their trade. The two worked hand in hand. I am pleased with the quality of their work and the outcome of the cleaning process. I highly recommend Brad's for whatever needs you may have.
Two of their technicians cleaned our carpets today and it looks GREAT! They worked together like a well oiled machine and were polite, respectful and absolutely professional.
We have used Brad's Carpet for years.. Just used them for our home today. Curtis and his helper Kenny did an Excellent job and Both are very professional and personable. Thankyou For Quality affordable service with Very Hardworking Gentleman.
