In 2014 my car broke down and overheated outside of Clayton while I was on a long road trip from Austin to Portland, OR. It turned out I needed a thermostat, but it was Sunday morning and NAPA was the only place I could find that was open. Miraculously they had one thermostat left and it happened to fit my car, but the woman behind the counter told me that no shops in town would be open until Monday morning. Amazing! Helped us get back on the road in minutes.
We got in a fender bender in Cimarron Canyon leaving Angel Fire. Tire was rubbing on the fender and wanted to make sure we could make it home safely. Brad (and Casey) got us fixed up to drive home, super fast, friendly, and honest!
Called for a price on an oil change over 70 miles away from Clayton and Brad simply refused to give a quote. Will be more than happy to take my money and business to anyone else. Customer service goes along ways and Brad should take customer service skill classes.
We dropped in unexpectedly and received great friendly service. The staff was knowledgeable and kind.
