Good place to store, facility is clean. Horrible place to work. Alot of bullying in the workplace by manager. Get called stupid behind your back when you do something wrong. No people culture. It's all about management. Higher management never says hi, unless there are clients in the building. They think they're above everyone. No support by manager unless you're her favourite, and manager speaks to you so rudely like she's better then you. Manager needs to improve on her people and conflict skills. No Respect for Truck drivers, They says use Portable washroom. Why ? You guys use portable washroom obviously not then why drivers ? And last thing their judina lady supervisor or may be manager said drop truck keys inside because of safety and there is no drivers waiting room, she said stand it here even no chair. Please do work like as a team. outside is cold now and if you guys says its safety then use air line lock and lock the air line (Red one) then truck will not move. Thanks
