The after sales of Bradmans is second to none. After calling Paul with the issues of our bifold doors he organised with his staff to book and service all within a week's period. The 2 guys that came to the house talked me through the process, what they believed to be the problem and how to service them myself in the future. And this morning got a follow-up phone call from Aaron to make sure everything was OK. Finally a buisness in Bundaberg that listens to thier customers 🙌
Just want to thank Leah for her friendly advice, I had called another window company who didn't care or want to help me. Leah helped me identify what type of door I had and while it wasn't a bradmans door, her advice helped me to get the door fixed. Great Customer Service!
The rep measured and clearly explained the whole process and timeframes. I chose the satinalite obscure glass because I hate cleaning. The fitter was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained the silicone drying time. A really great team and experience from start to finish — thank you!
