Tanner does a good job answering the phones. We agreed on a price and check in person to driver. When his driver Jonathan was on the way to pick up my truck, Jonathan called said the owner wanted cash or Card. I told him I didn't have $600 in cash. He insisted I went to an ATM. I told him I'd call back and pay online and absorb the processing fee. His boss called Tanner and told him to stop my load , almost as a retaliation for not paying cash. They are thief's. They stole over $20,000 worth of jewelry out of a vehicle of ours that was towed to their lot without our permission. The car has been left unlocked on their lot. There is visual proof that they went through the bag that contained the jewelry. Sadly they left the vehicle in the back of the lot where there are no cameras, so I doubt we will ever see it again, we are filing a police report,but have little hope anything will come of it.I would highly recommend you use someone else for all of your towing and me... read more
