ZERO STARS - DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I just finished picking up my car from here and I will NEVER come back here. First of all, from the very beginning, they don't give information like at ALL. We called these people a total of 4 times and not once did they give us all the info needed. We continuously kept finding things out after the fact. The woman who worked the front office was absolutely and unnecessarily rude. When our car was towed and I talked about picking it up, NO ONE stated that we’d have to pay the fee for towing. They had many times to inform me of the charge before I went to get the car. I go to get the car and there is an additional $185 charge that they neglected to inform me of on THREE separate phone calls. When we brought it up to her all she gave was absolute attitude. Had to go pick up my wife's car
My son was in an accident, and the NCSHP called them to tow the vehicle. They came out very quickly, faster than HP. The driver of the wrecker service was so polite and helpful. Under the circumstances, I forgot to get his name. If all their drivers are as good as him, you can't go wrong with using them. Thank you so much for all your help with us.
